All of our equipment is warranted to be defect-free. (Download our Product Warranty as an Adobe Acrobat PDF.) When equipment must be returned for repair under warranty, the return must be authorized by our Service department and a valid RMA number must accompany the product. Customers are responsible for paying freight charges incurred when sending the equipment to our repair facility. Blackston~NEY Ultrasonics will pay return freight charges for warranty repairs.
