Industrial Parts Cleaning and Part Washer Equipment
Blackstone~NEY Ultrasonics manufactures a standard line of industrial parts cleaning equipment as well as custom engineered ultrasonic cleaner systems for use in a broad range of applications. Applications include cleaning equipment and parts of nearly any description to degrease and remove oil, buffing compound, vibratory finishing media, chips, and other soluble and non-soluble contaminants utilizing aqueous and solvent-based chemistries. The smallest units ultrasonic cleaners utilize a single ultrasonically activated tank for use in limited production or very low throughput applications. A complete, ultrasonic cleaning system designed for high production use often consists of an ultrasonic cleaning station, one or more ultrasonic rinse stations and a dryer all within a single console. Automated operation and parts handling reduce labor requirements and assure process consistency. No part washer job is too small or too large not to be of interest to our dynamic and creative engineering staff.
Benchtop Cleaning Tanks
Our standard line of Benchtop Ultrasonic Cleaning Tanks provides an easy way to introduce the power of ultrasonics into any part washer process. They are suitable for laboratories, small volume production or exploratory efforts into the benefits of ultrasonic cleaning. These ultrasonic tanks are heated, self-contained, portable, and operate from readily available electrical supplies. As custom units, they can be made in a wide array of sizes and shapes with capacities ranging from less than 2-gallons to greater than 50-gallons.
Console Cleaning Units
All-in-one Console Ultrasonic Cleaning Units are floor-standing, self-contained cleaning tanks. This family of single-tank
ultrasonic part washer
systems range from small, mobile units offering flexibility in maintenance and "lean" manufacturing environments to permanently mounted tanks with capacities in excess of 700 gallons. Filtration, oil skimming and agitation are readily available options on this versatile line of ultrasonic cleaning machines. Companion units including rinsing and drying modules which can be used to develop complete, flexible cleaning
and degreasing
lines are also available.
Immersible Transducers
Modular Immersible Ultrasonic Transducers offer the ability to upgrade or custom fit any tank for ultrasonic cleaning.
Much like immersion heaters, they can be placed in new or existing cleaning tanks and, with a variety of sizes and mounting options, can be configured to deliver optimal ultrasonic cleaning results in any tank regardless of size or shape. Multiple transducers in large tanks are electronically synchronized to assure that the benefits of advanced digital waveform technology are fully realized. Electronic equipment and controls for larger ultrasonic cleaning systems used in hostile environments are housed in environmentally controlled enclosures to assure reliable operation and long life.
