June 28, 2002 - Newly Formed "The Cleaning Technologies Group Inc." Acquires the CAE Cleaning Technologies PLC Business Unit from CAE

The Cleaning Technologies Group Inc. (CTG) today announced that they have closed a transaction covering the sale of CAE’s "CAE Cleaning Technologies PLC" business, of Bradford, England, to CTG at a purchase price of approximately US$1.0 million. February 28, 2002 - Management Team Purchases Two CAE Cleaning Technologies Operations

(TSE: CAE) CAE and the Cleaning Technologies Group Inc. (CTG) today announced that they have closed a transaction for two of CAE’s Cleaning Technologies operations. CAE has sold CAE Ransohoff Inc., of Cincinnati, Ohio and CAE Ultrasonics Inc., of Jamestown, New York, to the former management of these operations for C$38 million (US$23.4 million) in the form of cash and subordinated notes, with senior debt financing for the transaction secured through Fifth Third Bank of Cincinnati.
